Located in the Opportunity district, the 4,000 square meters, 33 meters high building was designed by Moroccan architect Tarik Oualalou, inspired by Moroccan villages in the south of the country, and was made entirely of clay, using a traditional Moroccan rammed earth construction technique, in which the clay is compressed into wooden boxes.

The Comoros Islands are a small archipelago located in Southeast Africa between Madagascar and Mozambique in the Indian Ocean. Comoros was colonized by the French and only gained its independence in 1975. The country is primarily Islamic, has around 870,000 inhabitants, and the official languages are French, Arabic, and Comorian. ANBA was in the Comoros Islands pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. There, it was possible to get an idea of this, which is the only Arab country below the equator and with a tropical climate.

During a two-month stay in the United Arab Emirates, the president of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC), Osmar Chohfi, and the secretary-general, Tamer Mansour, visited the chambers of commerce of the emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman. The meeting at the Ajman Chamber took place this Tuesday (9), when they were received by the organization’s president, Abdullah Al Muwajai, and the executive director for Trade and Development of International Relations, Mohammed Al Janahi.

Brazilian poultry exports up 24% in October

After years of negotiations, Chinese agricultural authorities agreed to import pomegranate from Egypt into their market for the first time. Egypt’s Minister of Agriculture and Land Recovery, Muhammad Marzouq Al-Qusayr, announced the opening of the Chinese market to Egyptian pomegranates, according to a report received by the head of Egypt’s Central Administration of Plant Quarantine (CAPQ), Ahmed Al-Attar.

Brazilian vehicle exports dropped 14.6% in October compared to the same month last year, with shipments of 29,800 vehicles. In the first ten months of the year, the sale of vehicles abroad increased by 26.8%, with 306,800 units, according to a balance released on Monday (8) by the Brazilian National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (ANFAVEA).
