Project in Dubai focus on açaí from Brazil

After two online editions, in 2020 and 2021, the Brazil Africa Forum 2022 will be held in person on November 29 and 30, at WTC Events, in São Paulo. The theme of the tenth edition will be ‘Sustainable Cities: Global challenges, local solutions.’ Held by the Brazil Africa Institute (IBRAF), the event promotes good practices and the exchange of experiences and fosters partnerships between Brazil and the African continent.

Brazilian poultry is advertised in a campaign in the streets of Doha, the capital city of Qatar, the host country of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. According to the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA), the campaign takes place amidst the celebrations of the competition and was implemented in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

Açaí, tapioca, cocoa, and coffee from Brazil are some of the products Ayman Ghanam, founder and CEO of Projeto Açaí, seeks to market in his spaces in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The brand was established in 2017, and, in addition to the name in Portuguese, it also carries Brazilian influence in its ingredients, menu, and color-rich aesthetics.

Brazil’s external accounts had a negative balance of USD 4.652 billion in October, informed this Friday (25) the Brazilian Central Bank (BC). In the same month of 2021, the deficit had been USD 6.012 billion in current transactions, which are purchases and sales of goods and services and income transfers with other countries.
