For two years the pieces have been sold in a studio in Dubai, where they were showcased in the Arab Fashion Week in late October. The jewels are made from 18 karat gold and gemstones. Jewels by Brazilian designer Andrea Conti (pictured above) have been sold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for two years and gained prominence since they were featured at the Arab Fashion Week that took place in the emirate last October. It was the second time the designer was featured in the Arab fashion event. Fashioned from 18 karat gold and lightly, harmoniously colored gemstones, the pieces adorned the bodies of the models walking on the catwalks of the Arab Fashion Week.

São Paulo governor João Doria announced on Thursday (5) that he plans on going on a new mission to the United Arab Emirates in October 2021. Doria reported that he will go to Dubai and Abu Dhabi with around 50 Brazilian businesspeople and will have bilateral meetings with investors from the Middle East and the main investment funds of the two emirates. Last February, just before the pandemic arrived in Brazil, the governor went on a mission to the country and brought together 47 businesspeople.

A direct flight connecting the United Arab Emirates to the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina is an aspiration of the Federation of Industries of Santa Catarina State (FIESC). According to its president, Mario Cezar de Aguiar, the state could implement a UAE-Santa Catarina flight through the Arab company Emirates.

The prime minister and vice president of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, who is also the ruler of the emirate of Dubai, posted an image on Twitter announcing he received the trial coronavirus vaccine, developed by China’s Sinopharm, on Tuesday (3). Brazilian company BRF, a world’s major food company, and farmers from Lucas do Rio Verde, Brazil have gotten renewed the certification that they do not use growth-promoter antibiotics during their poultry farming. The certification is supplied by the company WQS. According to it, the number of birds bred in this antibiotic-free system is 20 million a year.
