This Monday (21) in your ANBA Bulletin: The Economic Forum Brazil & Arab Countries is taking place online from October 19 to 22. Hosted by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) and themed “The Future is Now,” it will run the gamut of Brazilian-Arab relations, featuring government officials – including some heads of state –, institutions such as chambers of commerce, and businesses. Brazil’s TV Cultura aired this Sunday (20) a concert for Lebanon. The show kicked off a fundraising campaign created by the Consulate General of Lebanon in Rio de Janeiro following the port blast. The ABCC supports the project and is handling the donations, which will go to Lebanese Red Cross. Donations are still being accepted. And the Egypt-Mercosur free trade agreement was addressed in a webinar on Sunday (20) hosted by the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and the Agreements and Foreign Trade division of Egypt’s Ministry of Trade and Industry.
