São Paulo executives make strides in Dubai

This Wednesday (12) in your ANBA Bulletin: check out reporter Bruna Garcia’s coverage of the São Paulo state government’s mission to the UAE, led by governor João Doria. Agribusiness executives on the mission attended a seminar on Tuesday (11) at the Arab Brazilian Chamber’s international office in Dubai. They told ANBA about what they’re doing in order to get in or branch out in Arab markets.

During a meeting, governor Doria and the president of Emirates Airline discussed adding a new nonstop São Paulo-Dubai flight. Doria gave a positive evaluation of the mission and told ANBA he’s counting on the Arab Chamber for help with arranging trips to other Arab countries.

And January saw coffee exports from Brazil to Arab countries climb 29%, while total exports went down.
