Brazil-Arab trade balance points to economic upturn

This Thursday (13) in your ANBA Bulletin: The trade balance between Brazil and the Arab countries in 2021. Trade between the South American country and the Arab bloc reached its highest level since 2014, totaling USD 24.25 billion.

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) mission visited the Arab Brazilian Chamber headquarters this Monday (10). The executives will continue their schedule in Colombia and Mexico in the coming days.

Arab Health, a healthcare and medical devices show in Dubai this month, will feature 21 Brazilian companies. And a memorandum of understanding was signed between BRF and a Saudi sovereign investment fund.

A delegation from the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the official news agency of the United Arab Emirates, is on a mission to Brazil. This Monday (10), the executives visited the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC). The consul general of the UAE in São Paulo, Ibrahim Salem Alalawi, and consulate team members also took part in the visit.

Brazilian company BRF said on Thursday (13) that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi Arabia’s sovereign fund Public Investment Fund. BRF said the MOU is non-binding and aims to create a joint venture to produce and sell fresh, frozen and processed poultry products in Saudi Arabia.
