And the Brazilian açaí company Eco Fresh is shipping product to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. It produces the fruit in the state Pará and process it in two plants – one local and another in Barueri, São Paulo. The company exports 12% of its output. “By 2021, we want exports to be 30% of our production,” export manager Lucas Garcia told ANBA’s Bruna Garcia.
And the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce will be at the 22nd Arab-German Business Forum in Berlin from June 25 to 27. Six hundred business leaders from Germany, the Middle East and North Africa are expected to attend.
