KIZAD supports Brazilian businesses in UAE
This Thursday (10) in your ANBA Bulletin: The Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) in the United Arab Emirates has grown as an international base for Brazilian companies. KIZAD commercial director Khalid Al Marzooqi presented in an event at the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) earlier this week the services provided by the company. Morocco has exported footwear to the Brazilian market. The Arab country exported around 600 pairs to Brazil in the first two months of the year. And Egypt had been having a large part of its tourism revenues from visits of Russians and Ukrainians, and the war is expected to impact the results achieved by the Arab country.

Morocco exported footwear to Brazil in first two months

Morocco was one of Brazil’s 20 largest international suppliers of footwear year to date through February. The Arab country exported 603 pairs of footwear to the Brazilian market, the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association (Abicalçados) reported.

It’s interesting to note that, in a time still market by the uncertainties ushered in by the pandemic, in 2021 the Brazil-Arab trade balance posted its best result since 2014, reaching USD 24.25 billion. And better yet, our country saw a surplus of USD 4.59, after exporting USD 14.42 billion, up 26% year on year, and importing USD 9.83 billion.
