Brazilians will aid Lebanese schools

This Tuesday (1) in your ANBA Bulletin: Rotary launched a campaign in Brazil to help bring electrical power to schools in Lebanon, a country facing a severe energy crisis. The Light for the Future [Luz para o Futuro] project was launched at the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce headquarters in São Paulo and aims to install photovoltaic panels in ten Lebanese educational institutions.

In a special report on the changes taking place in Brazilian retail since the pandemic, specialists give tips on what foreign brands should consider when selling to the Brazilian market and the main current consumption channels.

Scientist Ricardo Martinez Garcia, from São Paulo State University (UNESP), is participating in international research on Sudan. The study assesses the desertification process in the Arab country.

Brazilian mining company Vale signed Memoranda of Understanding with partners in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman. They will study the joint development of hubs aimed at low-carbon products for the steel industry.
