São Paulo – The Emirates Business Women Council is organizing the World Women Entrepreneurs Summit (WWES), an event for women to foster the achievement of sustainable development and community goals. The conference, to occur from March 10 to 12, aims to bolster the competitiveness of female business leaders; achieve and enhance the leadership and knowledge environment for women entrepreneurs with digital transformation, and will have as its theme Creating impactful businesses in the digital age.
The conference will bring new opportunities in the digital age; trends in the digital economy and the business implications of digitization; networking and meetings with high-level global stakeholders; business and investment opportunities in the UAE; promoting women’s entrepreneurial and digital skills; insights into Metaverse, Web 3.0, Crypto & Blockchain technologies; digital transformation in post-covid business, among other activities, including lectures with industry leaders, businesswomen, decision-makers and entrepreneurs to tell their success stories of using, managing and investing in technology.
The summit, to take place over three days in the Emirati national capital Abu Dhabi with women from around the world in attendance, will focus on digital transformation and the economic opportunities to emerge resulting from that transformation.
Among the nearly 40 speakers will be two Brazilians: Rafael Solimeo, director of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) office in Dubai, and Claudia Abbas, professor at the University of Brasília (UnB).
The conference will also focus on femtech, fintech, cybersecurity, and the digital economy, in addition to the responsible use of innovation as one of the pillars of digital transformation in harmony with nature and its role in accelerating productivity, profitability, and sustainability of companies.
