In a statement posted on the homepage, ambassador Djamel Eddine Bennaoum claims that the site is a “space for communication between all of those interested in relations between Algeria and Brazil,” and for whoever wishes to obtain “information of all sorts” about Algeria.
Initially, the site will be updated on a weekly basis; According to information supplied by the embassy, it was created by a young Algerian designer living in Brasília.
