An invitation from the GCC to South American businessmen
The secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Abdul Rahman Bin Hamad Al-Attiyad, invited those participating in the summit to invest in the countries in the Gulf. Up to the end of the meeting between the heads of state of both regions, the Arab bloc should sign a framework agreement to begin talks for a trade treaty with the Mercosur. Negotiations of tariffs on commodities and services are included in the document.
