São Paulo – The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce is providing certification services remotely as of this Monday (23), in a new step designed to prevent coronavirus infection. Export documents will be certified as usual, just not from the organization’s headquarters. This is in line with recommendations from Brazil’s Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO). The remainder of the Arab Chamber personnel had already been working from home.
The Chamber’s Certification Department can be reached at +55 (11) 3145 3210, from 8 am to 6 pm. Customers can also call +55 (11) 99745 8072 (Alexandre) and +55 (11) 93228 6500 (Adalberto). Couriers and any other parties looking to hand in documentation should get in touch to find out the new address. Certification staff are available to answer any questions via certificacao@ccab.org.br. Clients will be made aware as soon as activities resume at the Chamber’s Avenida Paulista offices.
