Arab company enters Brazilian telephony

HiTs Telecom, from Saudi Arabia, has acquired 49% of participation in Unicel, a Brazilian company that has a license to operate in mobile telephony in the metropolitan area of São Paulo. This is one of the first actions of HiTs America, established by the Saudi company to operate in South America.
