The Brazilian president arrived in Syrian capital Damascus at around 09:00am (local time). The presidential party includes ministers Celso Amorim, Luiz Fernando Furlan, Ciro Gomes and Walfrido Mares Guia, as well as the president of Brazilian state-owned oil company Petrobras, four governors, senators, and congressmen.
