In the accumulated result for the month, exports reached US$ 4.73 billion, or US$ 591.3 million per business day, an increase of 18.4% in the daily average compared with January last year.
According to a survey disclosed yesterday by the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná, industry sales grew 11% between January and November last year. Exports increased 24%. Shipments to the Arabs totalled US$ 572.6 million, 20% more than in 2006.
