The treaty was enacted last week through a decree signed by president Lula. One of the first measures will be a visit to Brazil by Syrian professionals in the sector and a trip to the Arab country by Brazilian specialists. The objective is to provide incentives not only to the flow of visitors, but also to investment in the area.
