Brasília – Today (12) and tomorrow Brazilian capital Brasília will host the World Agricultural Forum (WAF), a traditional event in the United States that is taking place in Latin America for the first time.
The event includes political leaders and the private initiative, like former presidents, former ministers, former senators and representatives of the main global companies in agribusiness to discuss the part played by the region in the challenge to double production of food by 2050, as well as the establishment of fibres, biofuels and water.
The event should include personalities like the former minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Brazil, Pratini de Moraes, and the former secretary of Agriculture of Argentina, Miguel Campos.
