Brasília – Brazil’s Foreign Trade Chamber (CAMEX) has expanded the list of products needed for fighting the new coronavirus with import duties temporarily reduced to zero. Resolution #28 was published on Friday (3) on the Federal Gazette.
The list includes fabric for manufacturing masks, support for respiratory circuits; lung ventilator valves, batteries, memory cards, and other devices.
Camex had reduced to zero the duty on ethylic alcohol and immunoglobulin in the Resolution #22 from March 25. In this new resolution, the Chamber has also corrected the technical descriptions of some products.
