São Paulo – Brazil established diplomatic with the Comoro islands, an Arab country located in an archipelagos between the east coast of Africa and Madagascar. According to information from the Itamaraty, the Brazilian foreign office, the document was signed by the Brazilian minister of Foreign Relations, Celso Amorim, and by the minister of Foreign Business from Comoro, Mohamed El-Amine, during an encounter parallel to the preparatory meeting for the summit for South American and Arab countries, that took place on Friday (25) in Marrakech, in Morocco.
