Brazil forecasts greater production and export of cashew nuts
The current cashew nut harvest, which began in the second half of September, should be record. This may influence foreign sales, as 85% of production goes abroad. Brazil is the third greatest cashew nut producer in the world and plantations are concentrated in the Northeast.
