Brazil may link Arab culture and rest of the world, says culture minister Gilberto Gil
According to the culture minister, as Brazil is involved in international dialogue for peace, and houses representatives from various races and cultures, it may become the articulator of great international understanding. The United Nations (UN) is considering setting up the head offices of the Dialogue Between Nations program in Brazil.
