Brasília – The National Treasury announced the international market issue of Brazilian Bonds, in dollars, mature in January 2023. The issue should be led by the Deutsche Bank and BTG Pactual.
The bonds will be issued on the North American and European market, and the National Treasury includes a possible issue in Asia, after the opening of the market, according to a press statement disclosed by the Ministry of Finance.
According to the statement, the results should be disclosed at the end of the issue in the North American and European markets, and the total result of the emission will only be announced after the possible issue on the Asian market.
The last operation with Brazilian bonds abroad was promoted on April 18th this year, when US$ 3.15 billion were raised.
