São Paulo – Brazilian actress Beth Goulart (pictured above) visited the headquarters of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) in the capital city of São Paulo this Wednesday (28) to learn more about the institution’s women’s committee, WAHI – Women Who Inspire. In addition to being an actress, Beth is a playwright and singer and is engaged in the causes of Brazilian female entrepreneurship. She is a member of the Women of Brazil Group [Grupo Mulheres do Brasil], through which she had contact with ABCC’s women’s committee.
“I came to learn more about how the WAHI committee works, which is an amazing committee. We were introduced through the Women of Brazil Group, and I was eager to learn more about how it works, strengthen relationships, and contribute in some way through the dissemination and help other Brazilian female entrepreneurs who want to know the WAHI committee better. It is a much interesting committee that needs to be known by everyone,” she told ANBA.
Beth visited the ABCC for the first time at the end of August at the event “Female entrepreneurship experiences in the Arab world,” promoted by WAHI and the Women of Brazil Group. On this Wednesday’s visit, accompanied by her advisor Pierina Morais, the actress was received by WAHI director Claudia Yazigi Haddad, ABCC’s Marketing & Content director Silvana Gomes, and New Business director Daniella Leite.
