Brazilian astronaut to take tropical plant into space
Brazil is going to send an astronaut on a mission to space for the first time on March 22. Lieutenant-colonel Marco Pontes is going to take with him, on the spacecraft, nine results of Brazilian scientific research, among them a tropical tree, the result of work developed by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation.
