The app works as a support for the professional who accompanies the autistic child. According to a press release, as the person accesses the material, as the patient uses the app, prognostic metrics are automatically generated for the therapist, ensuring a more effective.
The technology was created by Cohin, who’s a software developer and the father of an autistic child. His own experience made him notice the lack of quality apps for the parents of autistic children. With the help of therapists and professionals specialized in the treatment of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) from APAE-ES, which has been a partner from the beginning, he developed an app based on matching games of colors, numbers, letters, animals and objects.
