Brazilian Foreign Office promotes photography exhibit on Arab influence in South America
The exhibit will take place in parallel to the summit for South American and Arab heads of state, in May. A group of 22 photographers from 10 countries registered images showing the Arab influence in the traditions, ways and culture in South America. The exhibit will be entitled AMRIK, in reference to the way the Arabs pronounced the word America during the immigration period.
