São Paulo – Brazilian export to the Arab countries generated revenues of US$ 243.8 million in April, 77% growth with regard to the same period last year, when the value registered was US$ 137.4 million.
The accumulated result for the year shows Brazilian export at over US$ 1.136 billion, a 60.37% increase with regard to the same period last year. Import, in turn, reached US$ 1.049 billion, a 13.31% increase with regard to the first four months of 2003.
