Brazilian sushi in Cairo
Egypt is one of the main Brazilian partners in the Arab world, but now, as well as products like meat, sugar and ores, the country has also imported the Brazilian art of making sushi, perfected over almost 100 years since the start of Japanese immigration. Two establishments operate in the Egyptian capital under brand Mori Sushi, which was established in São Paulo 15 years ago.
