São Paulo – Business opportunities in Arab countries will be in discussion in an online event to be hosted by LIDE RS, the Rio Grande do Sul chapter of the Business Leaders Group (LIDE), from 7pm to 8:30pm on Thursday (20). The event will feature Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) president Rubens Hannun. An association of businesspersons designed to encourage and promote networking, ethics in governance, and environmental awareness in Brazil, LIDE has over 2,000 member companies in Brazil and the world.
The webinar will be part of the LIDE Talks online series on business-related topics. Besides Hannun, it will feature JBS’ Business director Janaína Azevedo and MSD’s senior manager for Institutional Relations and Market Access, Marília Rangel. A press release quoted LIDE RS chairman Eduardo Fernandez (pictured above) as saying the event will be of major relevance to companies seeking to do business abroad, and to put the spotlight on the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Fernandez will moderate the conversations on Thursday.
