São Paulo – "It is necessary to differentiate, diversify and expand the technological bases between Brazil and the Arab countries," declared Elias Ganthous, secretary general of the Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of the Arab Countries, during the seminar opening the Brazil-Arab Countries Business Meeting in São Paulo, the financial capital of Brazil, organized by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (CCAB).
According to Ganthous, technology is the great means for cooperation between the Brazilians and Arabs. He stated that the Arab bloc gives total support to the orientation and support of financing and investment in the technology area. The secretary general also added that Brazil is in a very important position in this sector.
"This business meeting creates many opportunities, also in the technology area. It may be deduced that in future Brazil and the countries in South America may supply training in technology and also in equipment and products," believes Ganthous.
