In a statement published on Wednesday (29), the Brazilian government welcomed the announcements made by Spain, Ireland and Norway on recognizing the State of Palestine and said the growing number of countries that have done so is a significant historical advance.

The residence of Brazil’s ambassador to Lebanon will welcome the public for guided tours in May aiming to foster appreciation for Brazilian architecture. The building was designed by Olavo Redig de Campos. The premises feature a sculpture by Bruno Giorgi.
