Ceará state Book Biennial unites the hinterland and desert
The 7th Book Biennial of the State of Ceará, in Northeastern Brazil, has Arab literature as its theme. According to the organizers of the event, the idea is to show that the Arab habit of narrating stories is also a tradition of the state of Ceará. Five Arab writers have guaranteed their presence in the event, which begins on August 18.
