The meeting, organized by the League of Arab States, should take place under theme “A bridge to communication" and should cover three main themes: "the part played by organisations of the civil society in the progress of Arab communities", "the part of Arab expatriates in the development and strengthening of the dialogue between civilisations, cultures and religions" and "the finding of a structure to represent Arab immigrants".

It is also important to have the presence of Arab news agencies in South America," said the secretary general.
The conference should include the secretary general of the league of Arab States, Amr Mussa, representatives of the civil society, governments and expatriates from each country, guests from the League of Arab States and ambassadors of countries with the greatest Arab communities in the world.
