Cosmetics sector exceeds forecasts and exports 35% more in 2004
According to João Carlos Basílio da Silva, president of the sector association, foreign trade should generate revenues of US$ 330 million up to the end of the year. Total sector revenues may reach around US$ 4.7 billion, or 17.3% more than in 2003. Among the new markets is the United Arab Emirates.
