São Paulo – Mobilisa, a tech solutions and digital communication company out of São Paulo, Brazil, is broadening its scope with an emphasis on the Arab world. It offers services to Brazilian enterprises looking to advertise their product in the Arab countries, and to Arab businesses interested in doing the same in Brazil.
The company recently became a member of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC). It revamped and has been managing the ABCC’s socials for three years now. It also creates videos and provides video coverage, among other digital communication services. Mobilisa’s track record afforded it expertise and an understanding of the needs of businesses engaged in Brazilian-Arab relations.
Mobilisa business cofounder and director Gregório Camacho Marin (pictured) says that while lots Brazilian companies would like to ship product to Arab countries, many need to do their homework when it comes to digital communication. He said that digital positioning is key to any business amid the pandemic.
“We offer digital solutions so companies can reach their target audience – the Arabs, in this case – with added credibility,” he said. His company provides across-the-board services, including creating or improving a business’ visual identity and website, digital content creation, product portfolios, folders, social media, event coverage, storytelling etc.
“Content creation is important in showcasing the work a company is doing, and to keep its socials updated at all times. Telling one’s story with each new fair and event is crucial to getting new deals,” he said.
Mobiliza has been in business for five years now. According to Marin, it catered to companies in all fields from the start, and it broadened its range of services as per clients’ needs. It has gotten to the point where it can meet every digital need of any company whatsoever.
Marin is in talks with several companies that do business in the Arab world. one of them is a Brazilian exporting company that’s looking to create a website geared at the Arab market, and to have its social media managed. Another potential client is an Arab-oriented export consulting firm looking to improve its digital positioning, and two dimension stone companies that sell product in the Arab world. “Between the ABCC, its members, and Mobilisa, we have a great match,” said Marin.
Marin went over Mobilisa’s relationship with the ABCC. “We’ve been working with the Arab Chamber for three years now, and it’s interesting to look at how that developed, because that’s usually what goes on with every company. We were hired out to overhaul the social media and we wound up doing other services, like feeding content into those very social media and covering events. Since we’re a young business with lots of energy, we take on these challenges and that leads to results, and then the results lead to further work.”
He said the live broadcast of the ABCC’s 68th anniversary last July, which saw a survey on the Arab population in Brazil be unveiled, was a watershed for Mobilisa. “It was the biggest event we ever did. It was a major achievement for us, not only for all of the behind-the-scenes work, but also because of the content creation, the team setup, the promotion, the live streams like it was the evening news, and because of the viewership and the feedback we got. It was such a thrill to be involved.”
