São Paulo – Doha, Qatar (pictured) is hosting a bevy of music concerts and festivals from December 5 to 19. Qatar Live will take place concurrently with the 24th Arabian Gulf Cup Qatar 2019, from November 26 to December 8, and the FIFA Club World Cup Qatar 2019, from December 11 to 21.
The event is organized by Qatar Airways and the Qatar National Tourism Council, in a bid to provide alternative entertainment to fans, visitors and residents alike.
International attractions will include Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Latin music star Maluma, and Cheb Khaled. From December 5 to 7, Middle East artists will take to the stage, including Qatari native Fahad Al Kubaisi, as well as Yara, Omar Al Abdallat, Ibrahim Dashti and Rahma Riad.
The Qatari capital will also host the Daydream Festival, an electronic music event, for the first time, on December 12 and 20 at the Ritz-Carlton. The festival, which is held is in a different location each year, will feature DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Robin Schulz, Sam Feldt, Matt Sochon e Wankelmut, Afrojack, Lost Frequencies, Mark Knight, Steff Da Campo, and Matt Sochon.
Tickets for all events will be available from the Qatar Live website starting 4pm (Doha time) on November 20.
And through December 21, Qatar Airways will offer special prices in economy and business class tickets to Doha. For additional information, refer to the carrier’s website starting November 20.
