São Paulo – From April 7th to 9th, Dubai Business Events (DBE), the Dubai conference’s office, will promote a roadshow for organizers of events and incentive trips in three Brazilian cities.
The presentations will be held in São Paulo, Porto Alegre and Rio de Janeiro. The roadshow will be coordinated by Karina Lance, DBE’s director, and by the staff of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), government body to which the conference’s office belongs.
According to the public relations agency Interamerican Network, which is promoting the seminars in Brazil, the goal is to attract the highest possible number of all kind of events, such as conferences, meetings, incentive groups, fairs and others. In the presentations, information about the Emirate and its infrastructure for these events will be shown.
The agency says that the roadshow is aimed exclusively to the sector of meetings, incentive groups, conferences and fairs (Mice). The ones that are interested in attending must send an email to rsvp@interamericanetwork.com. The tickets will be distributed under a first-come-first-served basis.
In all of the cities, the guests will be welcomed by a cocktail party. In São Paulo, the roadshow is scheduled for the 7th and have 50 openings. Porto Alegre will host it on April 8th and has 30 openings, with Rio de Janeiro holding the event on April 9th with 40 openings. In the three cities, the seminars will start at 6 PM.
According to information from Interamerican, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo were chosen for having the highest number of companies in the country, while Porto Alegre will host a presentation due to its increasing demand and requests by the sector.
The Dubai roadshow will also visit the cities of Bogotá, Colombia, on April 13th, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 15th.
