São Paulo – Emirates Airline, from the United Arab Emirates, announced yesterday (19) the nomination of Ralf Aasmann, as director-general for Brazil. He will start working in the country in the beginning of January.
Ralf Aasmann worked for Lufthansa for 20, where he has been, among other positions, general-manage for Latin American clients and sales and marketing director for Brazil.
Graduated in Business Administration from São Marcos University, in São Paulo, Aasmann has been living in Brazil since the age of seven. He speaks fluent Portuguese, German and English.
Emirates Airline is based in Dubai and was inaugurated in 1985. The company currently operates a modern fleet of 101 aircraft and flies to 87 destinations worldwide. This information was disclosed by a spokesperson for the company.
