São Paulo – The sales team of Emirates Airline in Brazil earned an award from the headquarters in Dubai for its performance. According to a release issued by the company, the Chairman Award for Excellence was given this week by the chairman of the Emirates Group, Ahmed Bin Saeed Al-Maktoum.
“The Brazilian team competed against all of Emirates’ international offices, and was chosen by the headquarters due to its sales performance, dynamism and proactive stance,” said the sales manager of the company in Brazil, Márcia Galvão, according to the release.
The general director of the company in the country, Ralf Asmann, claimed that the direct flight between São Paulo and Dubai was launched “only two years ago” and that the award is “an important professional milestone” and “an incentive for us to go on strengthening our teamwork,” according to the release.
