São Paulo – The Emirates Group announced it’s planning a global recruitment drive in 180 roles for its major growth phase. The aviation company is seeking to hire cabin crew, pilots, engineers, IT professionals and customer service agents at the group’s airlines.
To hire cabin crew, Emirates is organizing open days and invite-only events across six continents, all year round. The recruitment process is designed to be completed within a day, and candidates are contacted within 48 hours of the assessment.
The company will hold a drive in São Paulo, Brazil, on July 15 and 19. You have to apply to be invited. Emirates will hold the drive in collaboration with its appointed agency Fly Right Intl.
To be considered, you’ll need to be fluent in written and spoken English, at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212cm high and able to meet the United Arab Emirates’ employment visa requirements. Find out more here.
The group is hosting pilot open days in the United Kingdom and Ireland. These will take place in August, following an online seminar on July 19 at 1 pm (Dubai time). The UAE flag carrier is recruiting Airbus A380 Direct Entry Captains, First Officers, and Airbus Captains for its Accelerated Command program. Find out more here.
Emirates Engineering is planning open days in Australia, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, and the UK in July and August to hire 75 structural technicians along with over 400 positions in aircraft maintenance engineering and engineering support roles. Find out more here.

For customer service roles, Emirates Group is looking for individuals who will receive extensive training prior to joining Emirates Airport Services, dnata, marhaba or the contact centers. Those in customer service roles can work either in full-time or part-time positions. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: fluency in both spoken and written English; fluency in any other language is a plus; a high school certificate; interpersonal and customer service skills; willingness to work in a shift environment; skills to operate Windows package; and willingness to wear uniform. Growth phase
The group announced it’s recruiting for a number of other roles across the organization including dnata, Emirates SkyCargo and Airport Services. The group offers a wide range of benefits, including cash benefits, medical insurance, concessional travel, travel discounts, and annual leaves.
The group said its hiring spreecomes as the airline expands its network after a strong rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic and adds capacity with the delivery of new Airbus A350s starting in mid-2024 and Boeing 777X wide-bodies from 2025 onwards. Emirates Airline is ramping up operations and growing its workforce as it forecasts growth amid a “buoyant travel market” and an “optimistic outlook overall”, it said.
