São Paulo – Airline Emirates will select flight attendants in São Paulo, Brazil, in March 23-25. The recruitment will be made by the agency Fly Right International. This will be the first part of the selection and each candidate must attend only one of these date.
The first phase of the selection is called ‘open day’ and it is necessary to register at Fly Right’s website to participate. The airline asks the candidates to bring an updated resumé in English, a passport-size photo in business attire, smiling, as well as the Fly Right registration form printed.
After this phase, the process will have other two phases: assessment and final interview. In the company website, candidates are required to be at least 21 years old at the time of joining. Other important details are to be high school graduates and have fluency in English written and spoken. The company also highlights qualities such as being positive, confident, flexible and friendly, and others.
They also require an arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and minimum height of 160 cm. Emirates also says they cannot have visible tattoos while they are in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
