São Paulo – Brazilian company Randon saw foreign sales revenues in Brazilian currency – real – climb 41% year-on-year in Q3 to BRL 194 million, it reported this Friday (9). Revenue in US dollars was up 15% from USD 43 million to USD 49 million. Randon makes vehicles, implements, auto parts and financial services.
Year-to-date through September, the company saw BRL 463.1 million in export revenues, up 25.4% year-on-year, while revenue in US dollars went up 10.2% to USD 127.2 million. The disparity was due to the fact that Brazil’s real depreciated sharply from the beginning of this year through mid-September.
