Abu Dhabi – The Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) announced this Friday (12) the Retail Abu Dhabi (RAD) Spring Sales, running from Monday (15) through May 1st, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
Discounts will be available from 300 outlets in 15 malls in the UAE capital and in Al Ain. WAM said discounts will be as high as 75%.
“We are excited to announce the first edition of RAD Spring Sales, which is expected to be one of the most popular events in Abu Dhabi’s retail calendar,” WAM quoted DCT Abu Dhabi Destination Marketing Director Saeed Rashed Al Saeed as saying.
He also said retail is a key driver of economic growth in the emirate.
Buyers spending AED 200 or more in fashion stores in some of the participating malls will compete for AED 124,000 gift vouchers.
The participating malls are: Abu Dhabi Mall, Dalma Mall, Bawadi Mall, Al Ain Mall, Yas Mall (foto), Al Wahda Mall, WTC Mall, Khalidiyah Mall, Mushrif Mall, Raha Mall, Madinat Zayed Mall, Mazyed Mall, Barari Mall, Foah Mall and Bawabat Al Sharq Mall.
