Final decision at the WTO about European subsidy to sugar to come out only in April
Brazilians are optimists. If the trade dispute is won, the country may increase refined sugar exports from 3.2 million tonnes annually to 5.2 million tonnes. Brazil has already won the process against the European Union in the first instance.
