Brasília – Foreign direct investment in Brazil totalled US$ 1.6 billion in the month of July. This was the best result this year in this area, well above the US$ 737 million in foreign investment in the previous month, and over the US$ 1.2 billion of July last year. These figures were supplied by the Central Bank of Brazil.
