The idea, given by president Lula last year, will be in the final document of the Second South Summit. Information from the Brazilian government, presented yesterday at the meeting for heads of state, show that US$ 50 billion per year are necessary to fight hunger in the developing countries. To collect this money, one of the proposals is to tax air tickets.
