Brasília – The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is going to sign, today, the framework agreement to begin negotiations for a trade treaty with the Mercosur. This information was disclosed by the Brazilian Foreign Office (Itamaraty). The signing of the document is going to take place at Blue Tree Hotel, after the opening ceremony of the summit between the Arab and South American countries.
