São Paulo – The Brazilian federal government, via the Ministry of Culture and the Brazilian Film Agency (Ancine), has a call for entries open through April 12 for international film co-productions looking to get funding from the Audiovisual Sector Fund (FSA, in the Portuguese acronym).
A total of BRL 120 million (USD 23.8 million) will be allocated to fiction, animation, and documentary feature film projects by independent production companies looking to engage in international co-production.

The Call for Entries – International Film Co-Production is designed to internationalize Brazilian-made content, obtain international funding, and broaden Brazilian film footprint at international movie theaters and festivals.
