Curitiba – Unindus, the corporate university of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná (FIEP), in partnership with the University of Experience (UEXP), should be admitting students for the Foccus Program up to March 10. The course should begin on March 15.
Guided to youths, the program develops human and entrepreneurial competences, alligned with practical activities and interaction with leaders and specialists in sevral areas of knowledge. "It is an interactive course that permits the exchange of experience between participants. Apart from being turned to youths and talents, providing opportunities for the formation of future leaders for the country," pointed out Eduardo Dechechi, the Program manager at Unindus.
The course focuses on the training of leaders. According to Mariah Miyuki Endo, the executive director at UEXP, the course brings to the youths themes like entrepreneurship and leadership. "Youths today should not wait five, seven or ten years to learn essential things to guarantee excellence in management of the future," explained Mariah Miyuki.
